The Blaine Law Enforcement Explorer Program, run by the Blaine Police Department and Learning For Life, is a non-profit organization dedicated to introducing young adults to the Law Enforcement Career.
The post has about 40 members, and 9 Chain of Command officers, plus department advisors.

This year's Annual Law Enforcement Explorering coference was moved to Rochester, MN from Breezy Point Resort. However, the new location did not impact Team Blaine's success.

Team Blaine was successful in achieving the Travelling Trophy for highest team shooting scores, numerous high scores in rounds, 1st place in First Aid, 2nd and 3rd in Search and Arrest, and 4th in Traffic Stop.
